Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 September 2026.
These terms govern use of Regsure, provided by iBuzz Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13378925, "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Regsure, you ("you", "your firm") agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a firm, you confirm you have authority to bind that firm to these terms.
1. What Regsure is
Regsure is a software service that helps FCA-regulated firms search the FCA Handbook, check policies against regulatory updates, prepare for audits and information requests, track authorisation applications, and manage Consumer Duty assessments.
Regsure is a research and drafting tool. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal or regulatory advice, and nothing it produces is a substitute for your own compliance judgment or for advice from a qualified professional. Every answer, draft, or assessment Regsuregenerates is intended to be reviewed and signed off by a named person at your firm before you rely on it or submit it to a regulator. You remain fully responsible for your firm's regulatory compliance.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- You're responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Each firm's data is only accessible to users belonging to that firm.
- You must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. Subscriptions, trials and billing
- New firms get a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
- After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.
- Yearly subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide refunds for partial periods already paid for.
- We may change our pricing for future billing periods, and will give you reasonable notice before any change takes effect.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We don't store your card details ourselves.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Regsure for any unlawful purpose, or to store or submit data you don't have the right to share with us.
- Attempt to access another firm's data or bypass access controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code of the service.
- Resell or provide the service to third parties without our agreement.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
5. Your data
Your firm owns the policy documents, questions, and other content you submit to Regsure("your data"). You grant us a licence to process your data solely to provide and improve the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't use your data to train AI models, ours or any third party's. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload any document or data you submit.
If you cancel your subscription, we'll retain your data for a reasonable period in case you reactivate, then delete it in line with our retention practices described in the Privacy Policy, unless we're required to keep it for longer by law.
6. Our intellectual property
Regsure, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by iBuzz Ltd and our licensors. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Regsure for your firm's own internal compliance purposes for as long as your subscription is active.
7. AI-generated content
Answers, drafts, and assessments Regsure generates are produced by AI models processing the FCA Handbook and your own policy documents in real time. While every answer is cited back to a specific source, AI systems can make mistakes. You're responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content, and for the sign-off decision recorded against it, before relying on it or submitting it to the FCA or any other party.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep Regsure available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, and features may change as the product develops. We'll try to give reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces functionality you rely on.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
Regsure is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that Regsure will be error-free, that it will identify every compliance gap, or that using it guarantees regulatory compliance or a favourable outcome with the FCA.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of or related to these terms or your use of Regsure, in any 12-month period, is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service.
11. Termination
Either party can terminate for convenience at the end of the current billing period by giving notice as described in Section 3. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these terms, including the acceptable use section, or if required to do so by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to notify firm admins directly before the change takes effect. Continued use of Regsure after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
